Fleer Game Time MLB Remembers the Past and Celebrates the Present

MT. LAUREL, N.J. - JUNE 5, 2001 - Now that the baseball season is in full swing fans and collectors are gearing up for another stellar summer. And if you can't make it to the ballpark this summer, do the next best thing and get your hands on some 2001 Fleer Game Time Baseball cards.

        The highlight of Fleer Game Time MLB is Famers Lumber, an insert set commemorating some of the best players of all time.  Famers Lumber bat cards offer some splendid splinters of some all-time greats such as Hank Greenberg, Ted Williams, Roger Maris, Roberto Clemente and Thurman Munson. For a tough chase, seek out Signed Famers Lumber cards of such legends as Orlando Cepeda, Tony Perez and Harmon Killebrew. Each signed card is numbered to 25!

        Along with legends of the past, Game Time MLB also includes Game Time Lumber, a game-used bat card set featuring the stars of today's game - Barry Bonds, Pedro Martinez, Cal Ripken Jr., Todd Helton, J.D. Drew and Nomar Garciaparra are all included.

        Fleer Game Time MLB also contains Game Time Uniformity, an insert set featuring swatches of game-used jerseys from some of baseball's best. Included in the set are Tony Gwynn, Vladimir Guerrero, Troy Glaus and Barry Bonds.

The basic-card set of Fleer Game Time consists of 90 regular cards and 31 Next Game cards (rookies numbered to 2,000). There is even a 31 card Next Game Parallel set numbered to only 31, including rookie designation cards of Ichiro, Albert Pujols and Drew Henson.

        Also included in Game Time are Fleer Derek Jeter's Monumental Moments cards numbered to only 1996. Additionally, there is a signed version of this card numbered to just 96. With all of this and odds of pulling a game-used or autographed card at 1:14 packs, collectors can't lose.
